I mean, Elvira is the only character that I've had to play that is essentially mad from the beginning of the 1st act to the end of the opera, if you will. And there's, it's, it's beautifully portrayed in the idea that politics and honor is what tears them apart and keeps them apart all the way till the end. There's no happy reunion at the end.
