Today it is you who leads the master classes. What are you trying to pass on to their participants?
I try to stimulate good habits by directing the thinking of young singers. It is important that instead of constantly correcting, directing, and criticizing, students are given encouragement and space to try to do it their way. I want them to feel empowered to sing in a way that pleases them, and that joy is transmitted to the audience as a service to music.
