Masterclass

Lisette will be leading the flagship masterclass at the University of Southampton's Opera Studio 2026 summer school. This intensive opera course is designed for classical voice students and young artists seeking to enhance their bel canto skills, covering repertoire from Mozart to Puccini.

Program Highlights

• Flagship masterclass led by Lisette Oropesa
• Faculty includes Francesca Aspromonte (Baroque/Mozart specialist) and Sebastiano Rolli (conductor, bel canto expert)
• Course directed by Francesco Izzo, scholar and pedagogue of Italian opera
• Minimum two 45-minute one-to-one coaching sessions with Francesco Izzo
• Two 45-minute voice lessons with faculty
• Italian diction workshop
• Final concert performance of opera scenes with piano accompaniment
• Professional video recording provided to all participants
