Lisette Oropesa and Luca Salsi come to Japan to present their greatest arias and duets in a series of two concerts in Tokyo!

Many of the Japanese opera fans should still clearly remember the stunning performances by the great Italian baritone Luca Salsi in 2014 in the title role of Nabucco with the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma on their Japan tour led by Riccardo Muti. Luca Salsi is now one of the most sought-after baritones and sings for significant opera companies across the world.

In the two Duo Concerts in Tokyo, Salsi sings with soprano Lisette Oropesa, one of the most in-demand lyric coloraturas today, who performs leading roles regularly at the most important opera houses around the world following her great success as Suzanna in Le nozze di Figaro at the Metropolitan Opera in 2007. The Duo Concerts will be her long-awaited Japan debut. The sumptuous programs performed by the two operatic stars promise you exceptional soirées.
